Understanding Pure Flow/Stretch 30/30

Pure Flow/Stretch is a slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, 30 mins of a basic standard flow, than 30 mins of traditional asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time. Props will be used to go deeper into your stretches and focus on breathing and holding poses. All levels are welcomed. Temperature is between 100-105 degrees.
