Understanding Pure Strength/Stretch 30/30
Pure Strength/Stretch 30/30 is a combo between the two class we already offer on the schedule. 30mins of high intensity, but low impact workout will boost your metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you move to upbeat music and a motivational vibe. Then 30 mins of a slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, incorporating principles of traditional asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time. Props will be used to go deeper into your stretches and focus on breathing and holding poses. All levels are welcomed. Temperature is between 100-105 degrees.
